Custom Hat Consultation

We’ll design your custom hat together, starting with a 1:1 video consultation tailored just for you. During this call, we’ll walk through styles, colors, textures, and personal details that will shape your one-of-a-kind piece.

Each custom hat is made from scratch with care and intention - this includes sourcing materials, hand-shaping, accessorizing, and finishing. Because every hat is unique and often involves back-and-forth edits or approvals, the timeline can vary.

Please allow up to 30 days after your consultation for your order to be completed and shipped.

If additional edits are requested or custom elements take longer to source, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

A twist on a classic pinch crown. This style features a folded front for a modern, asymmetrical look that updates a time-honored shape.
Classic Pinch
A timeless silhouette, easily recognized by its teardrop-shaped crown. Clean, sharp, and versatile.
Gambler

Want something softer? Add 1 or 2 subtle folds along the sides for a unique variation.

Step 3: Accessorize

This is where the magic happens.

Customize your hat with layered fabric or leather bands, feathers, dried flowers, stitched details, rhinestones, chains, leather or twine wraps, matchsticks - you name it. You can also add custom stitching to the crown or brim edge.

Make it Personal

Many clients include elements that are deeply meaningful to them - names, dates, quotes, lyrics, places, coordinates... even physical items. We’ve built hats with pieces of family heirlooms, old t-shirts from loved ones, horsehair, dried wedding flowers, and handwritten letters.

The goal is to tell your story through the hat.
